Stian Håklev Post-Doc from Computer-Human Interaction Lab for Learning & Instruction at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland visited GTI Group during 03rd and 04th of April 2017. During his visit he also participated in the weekly meeting of the educational technologies group where he explained his PhD work titled: From Seminar to Lecture to MOOC: Scripting and Orchestration at Scale which mainly focused on enabling collaborative peer-based learning around Open Educational Resources. He also explained ongoing related Post Doc work where he focuses on developing orchestration graphs: enabling rich social pedagogical scenarios in MOOC. Several outcomes of his current work was also explained, including work related to the development of a web application named FROG which supports for designing, running and orchestrating collaborative pedagogical scenarios.

Members of the educational technologies group also shared their PhD and Master Thesis work with him that led to interesting discussions which ended up in identifying potential future collaborations.
